HUD Five Year Plan, Annual Statement & EPIC Five-Year Plan
Public Meeting
The Fitchburg Housing Authority, a public housing agency, on Tuesday December 30th, 2025, at 6:00 pm will be holding
a public hearing and vote on its U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development’s Five-Year, Annual & EPIC CIP Five-Year and
Annual Plan submissions. HUD’s Five-Year and Annual Plans are designed to allow housing authorities to make short- and
long-term plans and changes in procedures with input from its customers and the public. The Energy and Performance
Information Center (EPIC) is a program designed to collect summary capital fund grant activity and energy efficiency
measures (EEM) – planned and completed - being implemented with HUD PIH Capital Fund Formula or Replacement Housing
Fund grants. The FHA public meeting is a regular scheduled meeting and will be held at the CJ Durkin Community Room

Fitchburg Housing Authority was established in 1948.
The Agency’s mission is to provide safe, secure rental units for families, elderly, and handicapped or disabled persons. Both the State and Federal Governments fund the programs. Depending upon the program, applicants can be housed either in private sector dwellings or apartment complexes owned by the Fitchburg Housing Authority.
